Many heirlooms are created on your wedding day. Whether its the handkerchief that is passed down or the pearls that some brides wear. Most families place value on a particular part of the wedding day. And in Caitlin’s family, it’s very important to get beautiful pictures of the bride in her dress to have as a keepsake. Here is a beautiful picture of her great grandmother, Marguertie, on her wedding day in 1917.
So when Caitlin was married earlier this year in her hometown of Pittsburgh, her day was everything she dreamed for. But she didn’t get a lot of shots by herself in her wedding dress. So we ventured out at the wee hours in the morning to get great lighting at the beautiful National Cathedral for her pictures and took these.
